Brian Kaufmann, PT, DPT

Brian Kaufmann studied alongside his Elevate615 partner Nathan for 7 years, earning his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology at Marshall University and obtaining his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at West Virginia University. Upon graduating with his doctorate, Brian moved to Brentwood to be close to his family and further his physical therapy education by enrolling in an Orthopedic Residency program. Brian spent his early career within the Vanderbilt Medical system, providing physical therapy in Franklin, TN, with expertise in treating musculoskeletal pain from head to toe. Brian has obtained certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling (CDNII) for pain relief, Vestibular Rehabilitation & Management (VAM) for dizziness, and Nutritional Physical Therapy (CNPT). Brian uses his education and experience, fused with his passion and understanding of exercise principles, to enhance the health and wellness of his clients. As co-founder of Elevate615, his mission is to introduce our community to the power of physical activity as a tool for pain management, injury prevention, and enhanced well-being.
